Tasks
- Develop and prioritize new features with the founder team
- Lead the communication with our integration partners
- Facilitate and follow up on sprint cycle events such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospective, driving continuous improvement of squads and processes
- Ensure a shared understanding within your team by conducting weekly Backlog Refinements
- Prepare feature tickets and user stories for implementation with your development team
- Support your development team and provide feedback on the quality and functionality of newly developed features
- Present results in our product demos

Our hiring process consists of four stages, which can be completed within two weeks:
- Get to know each other: This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to introduce you to Managbl and ensure your enthusiasm about joining our team. We'll also assess whether our expectations align. This interview will be conducted by Mario, Co-Founder & CEO.
- Product Conversation: In this stage, you'll have a conversation with Amos, Co-Founder and CTO, to delve deeper into the role, your experience, your impressions from the product, and any questions or thoughts you have.
- Product Challenge & final Conversation: You will engage in a product challenge that evaluates how you structure, analyze, and approach around a given topic. This discussion will take place with Amos.
- Reference calls: Mario and Amos will conduct brief 15-minute reference calls with two of your former direct supervisors.
