Tasks
- Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the founders' team
- You are responsible for developing and maintaining our front- and backend as well as server infrastructure
- You are determined to tackle any relevant IT topic, from maintaining and evolving new partner integrations to designing and improving a self-service customer journey
- You have a strong ownership mentality towards continuous operation and act as an architect for new features to improve our product
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience and proficient in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining APIs using industry-standard API frameworks and tools
- Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with DevOps (Docker, Linux, GitLab, CI/CD, AWS) is a plus
- Fluent in English and/or German (spoken and written)
- Based in Germany

Our hiring process consists of four stages, which can be completed within two weeks:
- Get to know each other: This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to introduce you to Managbl and ensure your enthusiasm about joining our team. We'll also assess whether our expectations align. This interview will be conducted by Mario, Co-Founder & CEO.
- Tech Conversation: In this stage, you'll have a conversation with Amos, Co-Founder and CTO, to delve deeper into the role, your experience, your impressions from the product, and any questions or thoughts you have.
- Tech Challenge & final Conversation: You will engage in a tech challenge around a given topic. This discussion will take place with Amos.
- Reference calls: Mario and Amos will conduct brief 15-minute reference calls with two of your former direct supervisors.
