JustPlay is looking for a (Senior) User Acquisition Manager. You have the unique opportunity to join an already thriving business and will focus on bringing the user acquisition for our JustPlay app to the next level. We already spend 8 digits annually on our growth and have scaled our unique loyalty platform to half a million Daily Active Users in the US. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and the User Acquisition team to make our products an even bigger hit.
Tasks
- You will manage, implement, and execute user acquisition strategy across various channels (SRN, DSP, Networks, Incent)
- You work closely with Product, Data Analysis, and Creative Team as well as external agencies to drive full funnel marketing strategies
- You leverage data and your analytical skills to make strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- You manage the relationship with advertising networks
- Together with the team, you will find effective ways of navigating the dynamic nature of the ad market and leverage your knowledge to support driving our business forward
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in user acquisition for mobile games
- You’re comfortable with the complexities of attribution growing a scaled app
- You have solid experience with cross platform marketing combining traditional performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource and such
- You have experience in UA processes and ROAS benchmarking
- You are business savvy with an analytical mindset, and are comfortable with media mix modeling approaches and numbers crunching
