Regulatory Reporting Expert m/f/d

Therefore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Expert to join our client's team.

As a Regulatory Reporting Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Tasks

1. Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the bank's reporting processes align with evolving standards.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Risk Management, and Legal, to gather relevant data for regulatory reporting.
4. Preparation of statistical reports (e.g. BISTA, AUSTA, Wp-Investmentst.) as well as certain monthly regulatory reports (AMM, LCR, large exposure, million loan) and ensure timely submission
5. Work closely with regulatory authorities during audits and examinations, addressing any inquiries and ensuring a smooth process.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience in regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services industry
3. In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good knowledge with the regulatory reporting software BAIS
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Fluent English and German Language Skills
