Customer Support Manager (f/m/x) German Speaking Team

For our German speaking Customer Support Team we are now looking for a new talent - you! Are you ready to make an impact? Become part of our growing team and help shape the future of performance marketing.

Tasks

• You’re the first point of contact for our users when they raise a ticket in our ticketing system, Zendesk
• No phone calls, no live chat - communication with our users takes place exclusively by email
• You’re attentive and ensure user compliance with internal policies
• Alongside answering tickets you’re in contact with other internal teams to raise technical issues or pass on important feedback from customers
• You maintain an overview of processes and structures in support and are happy to make suggestions on how we could improve
• You can support us between 30-40 hours a week

Requirements

• Ideally, you already have experience in a customer support role or you have already proven your good sense for people and situations in your previous jobs
• You have great communication skills
• You’re passionate about gaming and online topics
• You enjoy contributing to your team’s success
• You have experience working with Helpdesks like Zendesk (not a must, but plus)
• You are fluent in German (C1) and English
