Tasks

As our new head of Ad Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure a smooth advertiser onboarding process and deliver high quality campaigns. 🚀

• You oversee the execution of launching new campaigns, including technical setup and offer specifications.
• You manage the ad operations team and prioritize workload, ensuring that campaigns are set up correctly and delivered on time.
• You communicate with MMP’s and other technology partners.
• You partner with product and engineering teams to improve product offering and UX.
• You troubleshoot ad-related issues as they arise, working with internal teams and external vendors to find solutions.
• You develop and maintain ad operations processes, procedures, infrastructure and documentation to further enhance the changing landscape of Ad Operations.
• You manage budgets and expenses related to ad operations.
• You are leading a department that plays a crucial role in optimizing the process between product and sales.
• You can manage multiple projects in parallel and align with different stakeholders.

Requirements

• You have 3-5+ years of relevant advertising industry experience and already lead a team for at least 2 years.
• You are experienced in client and partner relationship management.
• You have strong analytical & data driven skills and work independently.
• You recognize problems quickly and are able to solve them under pressure.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You speak English fluently, German is a plus.
• You have a good understanding of the ad tech industry.
