Tasks

Your responsibilities as a Director Marketing

We are looking for a visionary & analytical Director Marketing to join and lead our amazing UA team and be part of the future growth around the world. 🚀In this role, you will have the responsibility to define and develop the future of our marketing strategy by combining insights with creative ideas.

• You join the exmox leadership team to establish, evolve, and implement global long-term user acquisition strategy for current and future platforms.
• You challenge, test and iterate on acquisition channels, optimization strategies, and automation opportunities.
• You empower and grow the user acquisition team and support the team and cross setting up UA campaigns.
• You work closely with our BI team to analyze and report performance KPI’s for providing forecasts, data and insights to stakeholders.
• You will report directly to our CEO.

Requirements

• You have 6+ years of experience in user acquisition with a demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop cross-functional teams.
• You managed 7+ digit user acquisition budgets per month, while maximizing ROAS.
• You have a profound understanding of the mobile market, trends, and customer preferences in the mobile gaming space.
• You have exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• You are strongly data-driven and have analytical skills
• You are highly motivated and well organized with a hands-on mentality
• You have excellent English skills, German is a plus
