Your primary activities are…
- Provide Human Resource leadership for German market across functions in the areas of (in collaboration with the different Center of Expertise):
- business planning/solutions
- performance management
- talent management
- leadership coaching and capability development
- workforce planning and analytics
- recruitment and staff management and succession planning
- Lead of Front Office and Payroll for Germany
- Partner with assigned leadership team to drive broad organizational and cultural change and position the organization for long-term success
- Analyse and present data driven information to the leadership team that enables good decision making around key talent management issues
- Address issues that arise relating to individual staff within the market
- Partner closely with other HR leaders to help design and apply HR programs and processes (Group Level)
- Be responsible for creating and delivering ongoing leadership coaching for growth and professional development
- Support managerial level job interviews and recruitment processes
- Provide support during change processes
- Preparing payroll for the support office
You are an excellent match if you…
- University degree in human resources, law, economics, social sciences or psychology
- Extensive professional experience working in similar fields
- Preferably experience in working for a global company and operating in matrix environments
- Demonstrated business consulting and problem resolution skills
- Ability to interact with different stake holders
- Personal behaviours that embody inclusivity, growth mindset and reflectiveness.
- Hands on attitude
- very good knowledge of German and English
