Your primary activities are…
- Collaborate with the Group CRM and Loyalty Manager to develop a clear Domino’s Pizza Enterprises (DPE) strategy and roadmap for CRM and Loyalty in all markets.
- Support local markets in implementing global CRM automations and lifecycle journeys.
- Assist local markets in planning CRM calendars to enhance weekly engagement and contribution to network sales from CRM retail activities.
- Work with IT, Legal, and Local Marketing Teams to efficiently deliver Global CRM and Loyalty roadmap initiatives in Europe.
- Support local markets in driving operational efficiencies to enable more strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with global CRM Technology vendors to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with Legal/GDPR specialists to ensure CRM database management complies with legal obligations while facilitating sales growth.
- Work with external vendors to ensure accurate CRM reporting capabilities for program insights and optimization.
You are an excellent match if you…
- Tertiary Certificate/Degree qualification and a minimum of five years proven CRM Management experience.
- Experience in managing large multinational high-frequency CRM and Loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong experience with digital analytics and digital media measurement.
- Retail, FMCG, or QSR marketing experience.
- Experience working for an international brand.
