Your responsibilities

Travelcircus is currently seeking a Product Manager - Growth (m/f/x) who will join a passionate and motivated product team to build the future of premium getaways. You will drive a culture of A/B testing and other experimentation in the company to test hypotheses quickly. Furthermore you launch impactful solutions and contribute to the success of Travelcircus. By delivering customer centered insights and data you will optimize conversion and growth of the Travelcircus platform. You understand how to ensure the success for initiatives from discovery to impactful outcome and thereby inspire your team and stakeholders.

Things you will work on

  • You take ownership for business outcomes based on regular testing wins
  • You develop and implement a roadmap that delivers conversion rate optimisation and growth through A/B-testing and experimentation
  • You make use of qualitative and quantitative user research, CRO techniques and UX improvements to drive sustainable growth in line with vision and strategy
  • You drive our conversion funnel optimization efforts by identifying opportunities based on user problems and needs on our landing pages and booking funnels
  • You collaborate closely with development teams, UX/UI and stakeholders to experiment and implement changes to unlock growth
  • You continuously develop, prioritize, implement and analyze A/B-tests and other experiments from ideation through design, specification, development, statistical analysis and optimization to fully functional product improvements
  • You manage and include diverse stakeholders, inspire and support the team in implementation and execution for best outcomes
  • You act as the interface and ambassador between the product team and stakeholders

Your profile

  • You have 3 years of experience in an A/B testing-centric work environment in a relevant role (e.g, Product Management, Marketing, CRO or Product Marketing)
  • You are passionate about UX, growth, and conversion optimization and have extensive knowledge about standard methodologies in these areas
  • You own a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, using qualitative & quantitative data in problem analysis and generating insights, concept development and prioritizing opportunities
  • You are experienced in planning and implementing A/B/-tests and other experiments, excellent statistical analysis in order to measure and understand the results
  • You achieved a solid track record of driving user growth and conversion at customer-facing start-ups/large organizations
  • You combine a hands-on attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Your win-as-one mentality enables you to work cross-functionally across all levels of the business to achieve common goals, improve processes and working environment for experimentation
  • You understand how to align product opportunities with business goals and support that with thoughtful decisions, data and clear communication
  • You are experienced in crafting product requirements, working and executing with agile development methods for meaningful outcomes using standard tools like Jira and Confluence
  • You have very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
