he acts also as Geschäftsführer and Technical Sales Manager
This is a B2B not a FMCG Job
- Products are value-added products from well-known suppliers
- you are in charge of a team of around 10: Technical Sales Managers and Back office staff
- home office based, with a continuous presence in the head office
- Besides Team Leading and Country Management, you act also as a Technical Sales Manager and you are responsible for a group of products.
- Develop commercial and product strategies for specified ingredients
- Analyze the market and product range of our suppliers to find new potentials
- Create strong relationships with our suppliers and customers
- Visit customers, analyze their needs, create a value proposition
- Attend production trials at customers / make small-scale trials in the application kitchen
- project management in close cooperation with a dedicated Customer Service Manager
- Align sales strategy for suppliers’ product groups under the supervision of Springboard managers and Country manager

- Develop/define country Business plan, set challenging Sales and Marketing targets and objectives for Technical Sales Managers, and other employees in the Country team;
- Accountable for maintaining current business and accurate business forecasting taking into consideration in-depth market analysis, including market size, pricing, competitive market landscape, legal and economic environment, and developing strategies to improve sales, decrease cost levels, and increase market share for all products;
- Responsible for new business development, increase profitability and performance;
- Efficiently promote technical product ranges to the food industry;
- Ensure the highest level of service to the Customers;
- Coach and motivate Country team;
- Set and communicate targets and objectives for each team member in consultation with Technical Sales Managers and Category Managers;
- Monitor progression of results on an individual and team level; evaluate individual and team results versus targets, provide constructive feedback, intervene whenever appropriate to ensure expectations/targets/competency levels are met, manage conflict in an adequate and constructive way;
- Schedule and lead Country meetings to provide team members with business information, changes to business plan, policies, organizational changes, discuss new products and market trends, business activity;
- Ensure training of employees on our mission, products and services, tools and processes;
- Report all market, accounts, and competitive information and trends in a complete
- Immediately and accurately report all negative customer or product related events, e.g. customer feedback or legal issues, risks, etc.
- Propagate product & quality safety culture policy within the company.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
