We’re looking for a specialist who enjoys teamwork with a get-things-done attitude.
Tasks
- Responsible for the management and operational implementation of our performance marketing activities for specific pay-per-click channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta)
- Collaborate with Marketing team for setting revenue and profitability targets for the operations and business goals
- Analyse and report on operational KPIs for Business Operations to measure performance and success.
- Analyse reports at regional and national level, identifying trends and benchmarking.
- Perform quality checks and ensure information provided by Operations Functions is accurate and measures are highlighting true operational performance.
- Provide high quality, customer focused, technical and insights performance support to the Operations Functions
- Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to inform internal and external stakeholders on Business operational performance and quality check same
- Participate in and support Communications and Connectivity activities (The Filter, Newsletters, Staying Connected & other UÉ publications as required
- Raise risks and issues as appropriate Managers
- Analyze the market and competitor environment to identify and develop innovative business approaches and additional growth markets
- Knowledge of using tools- Google analytics, Tableau, Metabase, Salesforce, Google sheets, Excel
- Test and implement new optimization and ad management tools
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar field.
- 4+ years of experience with Google Analytics & GTM (Other web analytics tool or Snowplow are a bonus)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (or R)
- Familiar with accessing data in Datawarehouse or Data Lake
- Experience in building user behavior models, dashboard and reports (Tableau is a bonus)
- Experience with either clustering, ML or collaborative filtering
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easy to understand format
- Working experience with data engineers and product managers, especially around providing product-centric insights
- Very curious, detail oriented and methodical
- Pragmatic and willing to take on responsibilities very rapidly
- Excellent English communication and storytelling skills
