Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

We’re looking for a confident Customer Service Specialist who enjoys teamwork with a get-things-done attitude and a passion for making clients happy. Candidates who are fluent in German and English speaking skills. Any additional languages including Italian French or Spanish are a bonus but not necessary.

Tasks

Tasks:

• Responsible for the management and operational implementation of our performance marketing activities for specific pay-per-click channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta)
• Setting revenue and profitability targets for the PPC channels you manage. You will be responsible for a seven-figure advertising budget per year
• Collaborate with the BI team to continuously develop the data-driven management of campaigns
• Analyze the market and competitor environment to identify and develop innovative marketing approaches and additional growth markets
• Creation of reports in excel and looker studio
• Test and implement new optimization and ad management tools
• Working closely with the V.P. of Marketing, Content Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization with the goal of improving our ROAS

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in online marketing or with an analytical focus
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in performance / online marketing, ideally with main focus on Google Ads and responsibility for a budget in the high six figures or higher
• Experience in paid Social Media is desired
• Passion for working with data and continuous optimization according to measurable goals
• Structured and goal-oriented (pragmatic) way of working
• Desire for "high speed" at an internationally fast growing company
• Proficiency with excel
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken (German or Italian desired)
