Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit unserer HR-Managerin im Tagesgeschäft und in Projekten
• Du übernimmst eigene Verantwortungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Du prüfst Bewerbungsunterlagen, führst Interviews und übernimmst die Verantwortung in der Talent Acquisition
• Du erhältst eine individuelle Einarbeitung sowie vielseitige Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Qualifikation

• Du verfügst über ein abeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
• Alternativ kannst du eine Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrungen im Personalbereich vorweisen
• Du bist offen, kommunikativ und motiviert
• Du bist organisiert und arbeitest selbstständig
• Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
