Your challenge:
As a Senior People Business Partner (d/f/m), you will partner and act as an advisor to our technical teams to translate their needs into people initiatives.
Reporting to our Chief People Officer in a highly cross-functional position, you will work side by side our business teams to set up the success of this innovative and disruptive part of Taxfix.
Your responsibilities:
- Be the go-to People Partner for our Engineering, Product and Design departments and guide them through growth and transformation and consistently provide them with guidance and advice.
- Design and deliver the people roadmap for your business units and guide in organisational design, succession planning, and learning and development.
- Ensure that our values are consistently reflected in all people-related decisions made within your business unit.
- Handle employee relations and provide efficient and effective solutions in a discreet and timely manner
- Take part in delivering a number of exciting people related projects based on Taxfix's strategy
- In collaboration with our People Insights Team, use data to make decisions regarding headcount, engagement and compensation and benefits.
Your profile:
- You have 8+ years of professional experience in the People area including 2+ years of experience working within an Engineering and/or Product division.
- You have a solid track record working on cross-functional projects in the People area (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Partnering, Compensation and Benefits)
- You have previous experience in a fast-growing tech organisation of 500+ employees.
- You have excellent and effective communication skills
- You have a great ability to influence senior stakeholders in strategic decision making processes and build trust.
- You have strong business acumen and the ability to understand goals, purpose, and vision of Taxfix to build processes that drive it forward.
- You are comfortable with a high level of ambiguity and you can easily operate in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience in compensation in rewards.
- You are conceptually driven but able to adapt to different scenarios and built customised frameworks to solve problems at scale.
- You are analytical and make data informed decisions.
- You are fluent in English and German is a big plus
