Your challenge:

Are you ready for an exciting challenge? As a People Operations Intern, you'll be an integral part of our Internal Operations team for 6 months, dedicated to ensuring seamless company-wide operations. Your role will involve providing crucial support to the people operations team throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in a wide array of administrative tasks, such as contract creation, coordinating the signature process, and maintaining employee files—both digital and physical.
• Handle incoming requests via Jira or HR email, directing them to the respective team members for prompt resolution.
• Aid project owners in executing sub-tasks and, based on your agility and workload, undertake projects of your own.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience for all.

Your profile:

• Embrace a hands-on approach, taking on tasks with enthusiasm, aligning with our high growth mindset that's continually evolving.
• Find satisfaction in administrative tasks, demonstrating your keen eye for detail.
• Possess a customer-centric mindset, always aiming to deliver a positive experience.
• Fluent in English, with a bonus if you're proficient in German. If German isn't your forte, you're open to collaborating with translators to complete tasks effectively.
