Soil Sample Campaign Manager

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company revolutionizing climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe. We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies we provide financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and offer high-quality advisory services. Supported by leading investors, including Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures, and AgFunder, we are now expanding our team and seeking an Soil Sample Campaign Manager (m/w/d) with experience to help us continually improve our digital product.

Tasks

• Conceptualize and execute soil sampling campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient planning
• Manage diverse stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships for successful campaigns and effective communication
• Spearhead the development of robust internal and external data structures for efficient soil sample management
• Ensure soil sampling campaigns adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements, implementing protocols for data accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process optimization in soil sampling methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Utilize geospatial analysis to derive insights from soil sampling data and generate comprehensive reports

Requirements

• You hold a Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science or Crop Science
• You demonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency in practical soil sampling techniques, ensuring accurate and representative sample collection
• You have process knowledge of the Voluntary Carbon market and relevant certification schemes, applying this knowledge to align campaigns with sustainability objectives
• Exhibit expertise in the management of geospatial data, strong organizational skills and a proven track record in successfully managing complex projects
• Fluent in English, good German communication skills are required.
