Join us as a Financial Operations Intern (f/m/d)!

Your mission in a nutshell: We see this position as an opportunity to enter the financial sector, and learn from the start-up environment. In this role, you will support the team with extensive tasks in this area, as well as be a key person in directly reporting to the executive team.

Tasks

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

You are part of our finance team also work across different teams, and support communication with external service providers;

  • You will be reporting directly to our VP of Finance for various finance-related tasks/bankers) and support the preparatory accounting;
  • You will continue to work on optimising and automating the financial area along with the rest of the team dunning procedures;
  • You will support with AP & AR processes

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

In general, you should have an interest in finance, and we will be happy to teach you the rest.

  • You are currently enrolled at a university or college and are studying Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar and available for 6 months or longer on a full-time base starting as soon as possible
  • You have an interest in finance and like challenges
  • You enjoy structured, organised and meticulous work
  • You are able to safely communicate in the English language in a professional and business-proof way (German - nice to have, but not a must)

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. We endeavour to provide a response within a period of 3-5 business days. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:

  • Initial Screening Call: You will engage in an introductory conversation with a representative from our Talent Acquisition team. This call serves as an opportunity for both parties to get acquainted.
  • Hard skills Assessment: In the next step, you will have a theoretical discussion with an expert from our Finance team. This stage is designed to assess your hard skills proficiency and problem-solving skills in a real-time mode
  • Lead Interview with the team: As a final step, you will have an informal meeting with our Finance team. This conversation will provide an opportunity for you to connect with key members of our Finance team.

After the completion of these interview stages, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
