ABOUT THE TEAM

We’re building a team that drives analytical insights and Growth strategy at Trade Republic. The Growth Strategy team brings understanding to our key growth initiatives and new products. We work together with our key partners in Marketing and Product to accelerate long-term growth for Trade Republic. Your work will contribute to achieving our mission, be highly visible to marketing and company leadership and will drive key insights for the entire company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop strategic perspectives on key questions related to acquisition, product adoption, pricing and competitive developments
• Leverage data and analysis to create business cases to guide resource allocation that maximize acquisition, engagement and retention
• Create insightful presentations and memos that facilitate decision-making by founders
• Define and calculate help KPIs for Marketing teams
• Serve as a bridge between marketing, product, and other functional areas
• Collaborate closely with marketing and company leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Completed degree in economics or engineering, with excellent grades. In the case of a business degree, Business Analytics concentration or participations in bootcamps are a plus
• 1-2 years of professional experience – internships are fine – in a high growth function in which strategic analysis is essential (e.g., consulting, tech or similar)
• Ability to be a self-starter capable of dealing effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good visualization skills
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
