IT-Supporter (m/f/d)

As an IT Supporter in our company, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our users worldwide, managing user accounts and licenses, ordering and maintaining IT equipment, and communicating with our suppliers and partners.

Tasks

• Provide technical assistance to users worldwide, resolving hardware, software, network, and printer issues.

• Deliver training and guidance on effective use of IT tools and resources.

• Create user accounts for new employees or contractors using Active Directory.

• Assign appropriate permissions and roles based on users' needs and responsibilities.

• Grant licenses for Office 365 or Azure services using Microsoft Admin Center or Azure Portal and monitor their usage and availability.

• Negotiate prices and contracts, place and track orders, and address issues.

• Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment, documenting service records and warranty information.

Requirements

• Completed training in information technology or relevant professional experience.

• Demonstrate diligence and efficiency in completing tasks and projects.

• Work well with others, demonstrating an optimistic and solution-oriented approach.

• Possess basic understanding of Microsoft Server administration, network concepts, printer configuration, Office 365 applications, and Azure cloud services.

• Fluent in German and English for effective communication with global stakeholders.
