Head of Commercial (m/f/d)

At Deep Blue Recruitment, we are hiring a Head of Commercial for a leading tech company.

Working in a hybrid set-up, you will lead a mid-sized team of commercial lawyers who support the business by providing legal advice and drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.

Tasks

• Set the strategic direction of the commercial department.
• Implementing systems and processes to optimise efficiency.
• Coach a mid-sized team that will add value to the wider business and provide guidance with commercial negotiations.
• Getting involved and managing high-value negotiations.

Requirements

• You have 8+ years of commercial experience in tech-heavy environments.
• You are a highly motivated, analytically driven leader and enjoy motivating and coaching a team.
• Experience in managing complex and high-value negotiations.
• 3+ years experience in leading mid-size teams.
