Turbit develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets. It has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.

Tasks

Work in our core team as a Junior Data Scientist.

• Improve your Data Science skills within a large software project.
• Learn new machine learning and software engineering techniques from your team.
• Support your colleagues on exciting wind energy projects.
• Write test-driven code.
• Work with one of the most interesting and largest datasets in wind energy.
• Learn more about the operation of wind turbines by gaining deep insights into their data.
• Have an impact on thousands of wind turbines in Europe.

Requirements

You have just finished your degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field and your master's degree is no older than 2 years.

• ​You show excellent knowledge in data science, machine learning, and statistics.
• You are very familiar with the Python data science stack (pandas, numpy, scikit learn, tensorflow, ...).
• You love analytical thinking and have shown in the past that you are very good at it.
• You are passionate about renewable energy.
• You are excellent in written and spoken English.
• You have an open personality and positive charisma.
