Tasks
- Brand Management: Develop and implement a strong brand strategy to consolidate and develop our brand in the renewable energy market.
- Communication: Plan and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our company's message and engage our target audiences.
- Social Media: Build and maintain our social media presence to increase reach and strengthen our brand online.
- Performance Marketing: Develop data-driven marketing strategies to support sales, increase conversion rates and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to target marketing initiatives like events and fairs to meet our customers' needs and increase sales success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial position.
- Sound knowledge of branding, communications, social media and performance marketing.
- Proven track record in developing marketing strategies to support sales and identify new sales opportunities.
- Creativity, innovative spirit and the ability to identify trends and integrate them into the marketing strategy.
- Analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You are passionate about renewable energy.
- You are excellent in German (native speaker) and in written and spoken English.
- You have an open personality and positive charisma.
