We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Europe-based executive team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team by managing calendars, organizing events, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Coordinate and schedule meetings for the executive team.
Manage calendars, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritizing important tasks.
Event Organization:
Assist in organizing internal and external events, workshops, and conferences.
Handle logistics coordination, send out invitations, and prepare necessary materials.
Support the OM department.
Communication:
Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the team, as directed.
Maintain a professional and positive image of the company through effective communication and interactions.
Coverage:
Provide holiday and sickness coverage for the Executive Assistant as needed.
