Tasks
As our new Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting month-end closing activities with accrual calculations & reconciliations, controlling expenses & revenues
- Developing, managing, and reviewing budgets, as well as creating financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Building short-term & long-term liquidity planning and aligning with the logistics team on production planning, in line with the business requirements
- Implementing and optimizing financial systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Formalization and active maintenance of the Financial Processes Documentation
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finances
- Previous work experience in Controlling / FP&A for a min of 3-4 years
- Very good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI or Lucanet is a plus)
- Previous work experience with Odoo, Datev & Netsuite is a plus
- Confident in oral and written communication in German and English
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skill set & independent work style
