To catapult our paid social channels to the next level, we need your help!
Tasks
As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you make sure to:
- Develop and execute our social media strategy. This means growing our Instagram & LinkedIn following further, as well as identifying new platforms to reach our audience i.e. Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, Reddit etc.
- Lead our editorial planning: Conceptualize and create engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) for various formats (stories, posts, reels etc.) by yourself and w.h.o. freelancers
- Continuously monitor and actively engage our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers, customers, and industry influencers.
Requirements
- Proven track record of independently managing organic channels, creating content, and building a community on i.e. IG, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube, Blogs, Newsletter, etc.
- You’re a social media native, know which content types and formats drive organic KPIs on each platform, and are motivated by growing communities on new channels.
- You are creative, love developing content ideas, and have strong communication and copywriting skills to bring the desired message across.
- You are experienced in creating content and are savvy about it (minimum input for maximum output). You can create content by yourself (i.e. creatives, reels, stories) or w.h.o videographers and motion designers. However, being able to use Photoshop and simple editing of moving content (Aftereffects) is a must!
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. You are strong at communicating with a community, identifying needs, and incorporating them into your content.
- Fluency in English is a must – German, Italian, French, or Dutch skills are a plus!
