Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We are developing the first medical-grade, certified digital therapy that sustainably solves metabolic dysfunction using precision nutrition.

We are a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will join us at a hugely exciting time as we prepare to launch our solution, with opportunities to shape the direction of the company from when you start.

Tasks

1) Responsible for Growth Marketing from strategy to implementation
2) Set up and optimize Online marketing channels (e.g. paid social, Google search, app store)
3) Set up and optimize Offline marketing (focus on healthcare professionals - conferences, print)
4) Analysis, monitoring and continuous optimisation of campaigns through systematic testing and tracking of KPIs
5) Experimentation and Testing (e.g. Landingpages, Channels, ...)

Requirements

1) Experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns
2) Experience in setting up and optimizing landing Pages
3) General Experience in Growth Marketing (testing, measuring & analyzing)
4) Ideally, experience in setting up and optimizing Google search campaigns and app store marketing

5) Fluency in German
