We are seeking an experienced integrated producer / project manager to help bring our co-branded client creative campaigns to life. You will be leading the implementation and launch of multiple, simultaneous projects that span across several creative disciplines - based in digital but may also include exciting extensions such as influencer-driven, editorial, custom video, experiential, to name a few.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the execution and implementation of sold campaigns including project schedules, client management, resourcing, and project implementation/QA
- Work seamlessly and manage input and workflows with other Tripadvisor departments such as Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, Product Development, Brand Marketing, Engineering and Creative Services teams, based in the US, UK and Singapore.
- Become a subject matter expert on the implementation requirements of all custom Wanderlab products. In turn, helping to develop and improve technical and non-technical documentation of processes for internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
- Must possess a BS/BA degree with a minimum of 5+ years of internet business experience
- Must possess advertising and/or media agency experience, ideally as a Project Manager or Digital Producer
- Cross-functional experience with project management or production, including interacting directly with design, product and engineering teams
- Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good business judgment, as well as emotional and professional maturity required
- A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on scope; communicating scope creep
- Experience dealing with the technical implementation and management of online marketing campaigns
- Basic or Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred
- Strong familiarity with Google Drive tools (Sheets, Presentations, Docs), creative tools (such as Photoshop or Figma), project management tools (such as Airtable), trafficking and reporting tools (such as DoubleClick, DFP/DCM)
- The ideal candidate may also have experience producing non-standard work such as - experiential, influencer-driven, video content, live-streams, etc.
