Creative Services Manager

We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Services Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. We're searching for a rock star to lead our Creative, Brand and Digital efforts to help IntelliShift stand out in the market and grow as an industry leader. You'll be the mastermind behind our creative strategy, website and an overall ownership of the brand to fuel our growth and differentiation.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with and support the marketing team to design compelling visuals that support the needs and success of all disciplines.
• Own, nurture and build a world class brand that stands out in a crowded market with an ever-evolving focus on consistency between design, brand, positioning and voice.
• Manage and optimize the corporate website, including page speed, overall health, page adjustments/additions, and link maintenance with an adaptability to support any other needs that may arise.
• Own and champion the visual identity of the IntelliShift brand.
• Design with a strategic and systematic approach, creating reusable and scalable components optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Design a variety of campaign deliverables, including:
• Presentations, emails, MMS, animated gifs.
• Digital ads, mobile app banners, web heroes.
• Brochures, catalogs, social media posts.
• Flyers, event signage, packaging, infographics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, updating internal and external content.
• Support internal stakeholders as necessary with ad-hoc requests while maintaining brand standards and consistency.
• Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to do it:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in creative services, graphic design, website management or relevant.
• Experience in digital page layout, including HTML emails, blogs, and webpage design (a plus).
• Proficiency in creating, editing, and maintaining video and audio files and interactive PDFs using iMovie, Premier, Vimeo, or similar platforms (a plus).
• An expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with email and event management platforms (a plus).
• Knowledge of printing processes and experience preparing documents for professional printing.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a professional environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $90-110k base salary. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. IntelliShift provides company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance and 401K with a 4% company contribution for all full-time employees. This is a remote full-time, salaried position.
