About the role

As a Lead Specialist you will be part of the high-performing team that has been delivering both technology and business transformations as we move to standardise our back office processes across Europe.

The team has been working on D365 F&O programmes, on-going improvements, and day-to-day business support.

You will be acting as a trusted advisor to your business stakeholders, enabling the business to become efficient with standard process and still meet local requirements.

6 – 12 Months Objectives

Analysis and Design:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of CCI business processes, team members, and D365 F&O features and configurations.
• Identify and analyse business and technical challenges, using your expertise to deliver innovative and standardized technology solutions that drive business value.

Deliver and Operate:

• Lead the functional aspects of CCI's Finance and Operations transformation, including projects such as Accounts Payable automation, Leasing module implementation, and deployments in new markets.
• Ensure operational stability and continuous improvement by actively involving and informing customers, and working with partners and vendors to deliver cost-effective applications and services.
• Support the BAU D365 team by troubleshooting issues and proposing effective solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.

What we’re looking for

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial operations. Proven experience in working with related end to end business processes: order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, acquire to dispose.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and designing solutions in D365 F&O and other MS D365 applications (eg. Power platforms), including end to end integrations with external systems.
• Full implementation lifecycle experience: workshops, business analysis, Fit&GapFit Gap, system configuration and MVPs, functional designs, development process, QA/ testing, user training, data migration, Go live support.
• Ability to communicate clearly and simply, ensuring the right people have the right information, while keeping complexity to a minimum.
• A proactive approach to personal and professional growth, seeking new ways to develop yourself, the team, and the business by leveraging both successes and failures.
• Acting with integrity at all times, building and maintaining trust and credibility within the business and among your Tech Europe colleagues.
