Job Description:
- As a Client Partner - HiTech, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the high-tech industry.
- You will act as a strategic advisor, understanding their business needs and aligning our products and services to help them achieve their goals.
- Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by expanding our client base, increasing customer satisfaction, and maximizing account profitability.
Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and market trends.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
Strategic Account Planning:- Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with internal teams to drive client success and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Sales and Business Development:- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to clients' needs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Track sales metrics, analyze data, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Advocate for clients' needs and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our solutions.
Customer Success and Satisfaction:- Monitor client satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance the customer experience.
- Act as an escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in client management, business development, or sales in the high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the high-tech market, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate client needs into effective business solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
