Process Envisioning : Connect with the business, delivery and DE Enable team, research on industry trends / competition, to gather inputs for defining relevant and effective process for effective adoption. Collaborate with internal/ external stakeholders & vendors on implementing the innovative thoughts proposed, for making process more adaptable & user acceptable. Adopt appropriate tools and techniques like value stream mapping etc. , to suggest automations that could be included as a part of the process definition and orchestration activities. Identify impact of the changes proposed/ approved & initiate appropriate actions. Develop relevant documentation like Functional requirements , Design documents etc. for baselined process re-engineering approaches.
Process Definition and Orchestration -Industry & Business Aligned: Define Processes along with the Process Owner, Subject Matter Experts & Point Of Contacts. Design scope for automation of process in the platform. Ensure that the process defined meets the need of the applicable quality standards and frameworks. Program Manage the definition of various other delivery aids for a process like Metrics, Assessment, Estimation, DA, DRM, etc. Work with platform team to orchestrate the processes on the Enterprise Delivery platform.
Process Evangelization and Rollout: Develop Rollout plan for a process with focus on effective evangelization, piloting and communication to the involved stakeholders. Develop training material and other communication artifacts required for the rollout. Work with Delivery teams and other stakeholders in training, pilot and rollout along with monitoring the effectiveness of the process. Enhance the process based on the feedback received from the field.
