Assignment Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review scanned documents/forms, analyze data and enter data directly into Workday/WFM/SharePoint.
2. Demonstrate accountability to exceeding level of service expectations balancing data quality with speed.
3. Share data back with requestors in an accurate method to ensure data can be reviewed, or corrected. Ensure all issues are identified and communicated in the initial communication.
4. Communicate critical issues and liaison with HQ Team based in USA and India leadership to ensure timely trouble shooting and resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate with 1 to 2 year of work experience
2. Proficiency in Communication Skills (Both Oral and written), basic excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools.
3. Good communication/ comprehension skills with solid proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
4. Willing to work in Rotational shifts, work during weekends (5 days a Week) including Night Shifts, India Holidays, with any two consecutive days as weekly-offs.
5. We would prefer the candidates from Tier 02 or 03 Universities/Colleges. •
