Promote HSE Awareness: Foster a culture of safety by encouraging safe working behaviors among field personnel through ongoing awareness initiatives.
Conduct Inspections: Perform regular onsite inspections and daily tours to ensure compliance with the HSE Manual and project-specific safety requirements.
Deliver HSE Inductions: Conduct effective induction programs for NPCC and subcontractor personnel to enhance understanding of HSE standards and expectations.
Emergency Preparedness: Ensure emergency response procedures are current and that all personnel are aware of their specific roles. Collaborate with site management to organize regular emergency drills for preparedness.
Investigate Incidents: Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor Equipment: Oversee the inspection and maintenance of life-saving and fire-fighting equipment, ensuring the availability and operational readiness of emergency resources.
Facilitate Safety Meetings: Act as a facilitator during toolbox talks and HSE-related internal meetings to ensure effective communication and engagement.
Prepare Reports: Compile and submit accurate weekly and monthly HSE reports and statistics, providing actionable insights for senior management.
