Senior EA and CIO Strategist Seeking a highly experienced Senior EA and CIO Strategist to lead transformative initiatives in enterprise architecture and IT strategy. Responsibilities - Enterprise Architecture: Assist in evaluation of current baseline of enterprise architecture and assist in establishing a plan to evolve the EA based on specific PCAOB goals and objectives, technology investments, and digital transformation needs.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the definition of the strategic roadmap for PCAOB technology capabilities in alignment with organizational goals.
- Portfolio Strategy: Evaluate the portfolios of IT projects and initiatives, architectural alignment.
- Governance: Assist in establishing IT governance process leveraging industry standards such as COBIT.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with interfacing with business stakeholders and executives, IT teams, board staff and board members to ensure enterprise architecture is understood and delivers business value.
- Performance Metrics: Assist in maturing KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of IT initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating existing methodologies and processes and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure alignment between IT governance, enterprise architecture, and security management framework.
Qualifications Required - Strong communication and facilitation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT strategy, focused on large scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong EA background.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance strategy.
- Expert in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred - Demonstrated experience in business outcome focused enterprise architecture.
- ITIL Certified.
- Experience leading complex EA and digital transformation programs.
- Previous experience in U.S. Federal Government sector or highly regulated industries.
- Strong negotiation, advisory, executive engagement skills.
