ServiceNow UI Developer
Location: RemoteJob Overview:Highly experienced ServiceNow UI Developer that can thrive in a challenging and rewarding environment. This ServiceNow Developer is responsible for applying innovative technical solutions to business processes, maintaining applications, consulting with business analysts, architects and/or project managers to develop technical solutions, developing design and functional specifications, demonstrating, and providing post-implementation support.
Job Responsibilities:- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills:- Proven experience as a ServiceNow UI Developer, including hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and applications, ideally HRSD and ITSM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA), is a plus.
Must be US Citizen able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Educational Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
