Requirements

We are expanding our team and looking for a Field Service Engineer where our ideal candidate will be able to handle any on site installation task to completion, while ensuring that each customer is given your absolute best care. Ideally, our ideal candidate will find success in bringing the following skills to this opportunity:

 Proficient in installing VOIP Phones, IP Cameras, Printers, and other devices on site.

 Expert in installing and terminating ethernet cabling.

 Diagnose and troubleshoot server and PC hardware issues

 Install new computer systems and peripherals for end users and provide basic support

 Prep systems and work with the team on other issues when not on site

 Knowledge & Experience of Dell, Windows and Cloud-based Technologies.

 Experience in working amongst a team, knowing when to ask for help.
