Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various IT-related issues, such as hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and printer issues
  • Perform remote and on-site support to clients when needed
  • Manage and maintain clients' IT infrastructure such as workstations, servers, and network devices
  • Keep clients informed of the status of their tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
  • Document IT-related issues, resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve the company's IT support procedures and processes
  • Deploy and configure new systems including VOIP, IP Cameras, Networking Equipment, Workstations, and more

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Capability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies and processes
