Role - Senior Process/Project Engineer
Rate - $59.26/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $88.89/HR)
Duration - 12 Months (possible extension)
Location - Atlanta, GA
•The Retail Services Reengineering and Business Optimization Group is seeking a talented Sr. Process Engineer to help craft the future of Retail Services within our Desktop Transformation initiative.
•Working with an elite engineering team, the candidate will transform the experience for our contact center agents and customers by redesigning contact center processes that will feed a suite of streamlined technology applications.
•This desktop should provide our agents with a full 360-degree view of all channels and functions for the customer, and provide the next best action for consistent customer treatment.
•Candidate will be responsible for workflow redesign, project execution, deliverables, and communications.
Requirements: •5+ years Project Engineering experience w/a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
•LEAN and/or Six Sigma trained; certifications a plus.
•Demonstrated experience in process design/consulting, continuous process improvement problem-solving methodologies and root cause/cost-benefit analysis
•Strong written and oral communication/presentations skills
•Highly motivated self-starter comfortable working in an unstructured environment with minimal guidance
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, influence without direct authority, and effectively collaborate to achieve project and organizational goals
•Results orientated, with a strong sense of urgency around tangible accomplishments
•Call Center or Financial Services experience a plus. •
