Duties

• Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching each issue and finding solutions
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls on time
• Seize opportunities to sell extra products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and attract customers

Requirements

• Excellent level of German
• Advanced level of English
• Powerful telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
