And we’re growing fast 🚀<br><br></p><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>About the role</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">We’re looking for a Senior Pathway Coach (‘Caseworker’) to transform the lives of disadvantaged people by supporting them into stable jobs.</p><p dir="ltr">You’ll be joining a team of values-driven and creative Pathway Coaches while being individually responsible for supporting a caseload of people referred to Beam - our “members”. This role will support our Nottingham region caseload and will have a hybrid working pattern between members' locations, your home and trips to London.</p><p dir="ltr">After an immersive training period, you’ll help our members picture a brighter future before guiding them through concrete steps to achieve their goals.<br></p><p dir="ltr">As a Caseworker at Beam, you will have the opportunity to support people into independence - this could be through securing a stable job or by helping them build on critical skills like IT, self-confidence and more.
