We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who loves discovery and building truly exceptional products that drive measurable impact.<br></p><p dir="ltr">Being part of our product team at Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes and setting a sky-high quality bar for product.<strong><br></strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Please note this role is London-based, working a minimum of 2 days per week from our Shoreditch HQ, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. Given almost all the users of our tooling are at HQ, we have a preference for people who are keen to spend more than 2 days per week learning about their users' problems at HQ.</strong><br></p><p dir="ltr"><br><strong><br></strong></p><h3>You’ll be</h3><p dir="ltr"><strong></strong></p><ul><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Hands-on with product management</strong> - Managing multiple products and priorities, whilst being able to set the roadmap at a squad level<br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Establishing clear and measurable goals</strong> - Define and set meaningful goals, for which you hold yourself and our engineers accountable</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Making evidence-based decisions</strong> - Using a mix of qualitative, quantitative data.
