| Position Description: |
| 1. Develop End to End Technical Solution for the Project using J2EE technologies. 2. Utilize industry standard documentation practices to develop requirements, design solutions and create flow charts. 3. Implementing DevOps tools like . GitHub, IBM uBuild, jUnit, IBM HTEAM, Sonarqubes, FindBugs for Dev to Prod. 4. Hands on experience in doing POCs for new tools to be implemented for upcoming complex things in the projects for smoother delivery, improve the code quality and performance of services and leveraging to various development and testing teams to obtain improved results. 5. Increase the performance of the Application by various measures like App Server Enhancement, Database and Application Tuning etc. 6. Act as a Single Point of Contact for any issues in an Application. 7. Implementing State of the Art Technologies like PCF Cloud, Micro Services, AWS S3 Storage etc. 8. Integrating the Application with the complex external systems like via Web Services, XML over HTTP, JMS technologies. 9. Requirement gathering, Estimation and development of new changes/enhancements. 10. Implementing Software Craftsmanship principles in the Project and motivates team to use it extensively. 11. Mentoring team technically and functionally. 12. Functionality Development, Unit Testing, Code Review, High Level and Low Level Document preparation. 13. Architecture Document Design and Development and get it passed from associated teams. 14. Using Agile Methodology removing blockers from the Project Development in order to ensure smooth delivery. 15. Implementing Machine Learning Techniques to forecast the number of Parts which will go to damage in near future using various Regression Techniques. 16. Interviewing and Hiring right candidate who is well suited for the Project. 17. End to End responsibility for deploying the application in Production. |
