We are currently seeking experienced Executive Coaches. These positions are part time and offsite supporting the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The successful candidate will provide support services that include the following tasks:
- Provides executive coaching, to include individual coaching.
- Provides associated team coaching or facilitation services on an as-needed basis to senior leadership.
- Estimates each individual will receive 1-2 hours per month of coaching per individual.
The successful candidate will possess the following experience and competencies:
- Master’s degree.
- Minium of one Master Certified Coach (MCC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation to coach SES and SL; other coaches shall hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) to coach.
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite (most recent version and all preceding versions), to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
