--responsibilities==You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
##Planning and execution of Applaudo calendarized celebrations and events.
##Follow up on recognition programs, informal as well as formal recognitions, assisting with coordination of events, activities and recognition initiatives.
##Planning and implementation of team buildings, coordination with providers and team leaders to deliver the best experience to Applaudo team members.
##Managing and coordinating onboarding programs
##Follow up on new hires needs and onboarding improvements.
##Manage English improvement programs;communication with providers and coordination of groups and people interested.
##Assist with communication of policies and programs, with the development of compliance videos and information.
