Due to an increase in business growth Open Systems Technologies is actively seeking experienced Information Technology Recruiters with staffing industry experience.

Position Summary

As an Information Technology Recruiter, you will be responsible help us scale our fast-growing office in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will work closely with Sr. Account Executives and our Director of National Recruiting, to successfully recruit and fill positions for our clients.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal business partners, identify and engage with top technical talent, build and drive recruiting best practices, diversity hiring strategies, employer branding, and deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, qualifying, candidate presentation, and offer management.
  • Successfully leverage industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS, social media and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc., to source and qualify top talent for our client's needs.
  • Support Account Executives directly in the fulfillment of active client requirements for temporary or permanent staff.
  • Consult with Account Executives and hiring managers to develop new and effective sourcing strategies geared towards attracting top talent.
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients.
  • Identify and build relationships with top candidates, create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent, and develop a rapport with candidates to grow your network through referrals.
  • Attend industry recruiting and networking event and keep up to date on latest sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Work our on-boarding to ensure consultants successfully begin assignments.
  • Work with consultant care to ensure a smooth transition post-hire and new hire satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience with expertise in sourcing strategies and Boolean search string creation.
  • Maintain an exceptionally high level of activity to exceed monthly production and placement goals.
  • Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a history of exceeding high-performance standards
  • Strong ability to multi-task, problem solve, and organizational skills to be diligent in follow up with candidates.
  • Ability to network with IT professionals to identify leads and targeted client Client. Desire to generate client tips and new business for sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
