Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
• Nurture relationships with existing clients and upsell additional services
• Understand client needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Steel Industries
• Min 5 Years of experience
• Must have valid Saudi Driving License
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
