Architect (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. As an Architect at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of our client's facilities, ensuring that they meet safety standards, are aesthetically pleasing, and meet the client's needs. You will work closely with other professionals, such as engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The Job Location would be in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plans and specifications for new construction projects, renovations, and redevelopments
• Prepare and review construction plans, blueprints, and drawings
• Ensure that construction projects comply with building codes and safety regulations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and other project-related documents
• Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Take into account environmental, economic, and social factors when designing projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on oil and energy projects
• Strong understanding of the design and construction process
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
