So, what does a Collaboration Engineer do? We’re glad you asked! You'll be responsible for assisting our existing and new clients in supporting & configuring their collaboration solutions for their enterprises. This includes on premise Collaboration architectures, TDM migrations, systems upgrades, cloud migrations, secure voice solutions, and overall enterprise collaboration strategies.

Founded in 2008, Liberty Technology currently offers managed IT services, collaboration, telecom, hardware sales, and technical consulting in 17 states and three continents, and we’ve got no plans to slow down! Basically, we help businesses stay connected in every possible sense. We are looking for a dedicated Collaboration Engineer who shares our passion for “Advancing Freedom Through Technology.”

Job Responsibilities
As a Mid-Level Collaboration Engineer, you will be our “go to” SME (subject matter expert) focused in multiple technologies within Collaboration.
Your specific duties as a Collaboration Engineer will include:
• Must have extensive industry experience in support in related technologies and solutions.
• Experience working on complex large projects and driving delivery initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with our team of sales and engineers to provide our customers with 100% success.
• Provide guidance to the technical team as a technical mentor.
About the work environment...
All our team members are based at our Griffin office, which has an open, collaborative vibe. Each team member gets all the new, high-quality computing and communications gear they need to do a killer job. If you are the right fit, we are not opposed to remote work if you reside outside of GA. We are not requiring COVID immunizations to our staff.
Sometimes, it is all fun and games.
While we work hard, we definitely also play hard. We have a pool table, dart board, giant scrabble game and gaming systems to help you wind down after hours or during breaks. We host Tech Talk events over pizza and beer and Liberty After Hours parties in our office. We also have a great annual holiday celebration where Liberty Dundee Awards are presented to employees. We pride ourselves on being a company with excellent teamwork.
