The Infrastructure Engineering Manager provides technical leadership to a team of Systems and Network Engineers and is also a strong technical contributor to the team. The team supports and maintains infrastructure hardware, software, and critical systems with a focus on security, availability, and scalability. The ideal candidate to lead the team possesses strong systems/network triage and troubleshooting skills as well as a successful track record for communicating and working effectively within a team and with other groups.

- Lead a team of up to 8 Systems and Network Engineers; define and manage individual and team goals and assess individual performance
- Assist technical Product Owners in managing the team's work, prioritizing, removing blockages and improving the team's overall efficiency
- Coordinate closely with Cloud leadership and Technical Product owner(s) to define roadmap requirements, estimate work, and track progress
- Help team members solve complex/urgent problems and develop overall infrastructure architecture
- Provide technical insight to executive decision makers regarding infrastructure capacity, security, availability and performance
- Follow infrastructure team processes and actively seek to improve them, especially as it relates to implementing automation of repeatable tasks
- Identify and fix problem areas in the existing infrastructure enterprise-wide
- Ensure that the team executes quality changes; perform code and change request reviews as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation as a manager escalation point
- Support incident management with infrastructure resources and coordinate escalations with third-party infrastructure vendors
- Ensure that all infrastructure resources and assets are logged and monitored along with appropriate actions for events
- Balance short term needs with enterprise security, availability and financial goals

- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure administration and engineering
- You have 5+ years of experience leading a team of technical engineers
- You understand security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 and/or FedRAMP
- You have worked in a large enterprise environment, providing systems and/or network support
